Adding batch 12 and batch 13 data

Batch 12 is a reimage of the same plate used in Batch 11
Batch 12 and batch 13 use the same platemaps
Replicate correlation look great (see below)
UMAP of batch 12 and 13 looks interesting (see below)

UMAP results
The left most orange group is WT parental
The other three blobs are a mixture of clones
The lowest blob are low cell count wells
Batch effects are present, but minimal (at least according to UMAP)
Resistant and wildtype status is not a dominating signal
Besides the lowest blob, replicates align well
There are no groupings based on plate position
Weird!
