feedvalidator crashes when validating

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. just run the feedvalidator on the files
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
crashreport instead of a validation report

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
transfeed v 1.2.12 binary, tested on windows xp and 7

I've splitted the file i'm using to generate the gtfs data, and validated the 
different parts. This solves the problem for me. I just get some warnings about 
stops not beeing used (because I process the different lines in 2 steps now), 
but that's not really a problem. As there are other issues also related to the 
size of the files, this may be closed.
