Containers such as hand dolly cannot be equipped in both hands in certain circumstances. #26

After some small testing, it looks like they require you to have something in your hand in order to be equipped. I had an issue with a wheelbarrow earlier and didn't know why, so i sold it. I do use a bunch of mods, so maybe it's to do with them? Maybe see if you can replicate this.
