Publish an Ivy distribution #155

Could you please publish an Ivy compiled version of the library? Right now Angular 13 produces a warning at build:

Generating browser application bundles (phase: setup)...Processing legacy "View Engine" libraries:
- angular2-hotkeys [es2015/esm2015] (git@github.com:brtnshrdr/angular2-hotkeys.git)
Encourage the library authors to publish an Ivy distribution.

I'm not sure it was fixed automatically but I've just published v13.0.1 to npm Could u please try it out and let me know if the message is gone for you? Thanks!

@Coffee-Tea It is no longer an issue with angular2-hotkeys@13.1.0. Thank you for a prompt resolution.
