feat: upgrade to Angular v13 (to support v12, v13) #157

I've tested it locally:

  1. Works fine for Angular 12 and 13 projects ✅
  2. Doesn't work for Angular 11 (and possibly lower) that is expected ✅

Please approve ASAP 🙏

I've published that to npm, end-users should test if that works for them. If it does not I'll continue with that.

It is working and confirmed by a few users on npm (v13.1.0), so PR can be easily approved 🙏
