Description

Update and add missed translations in ES locale

This PR has been done in collaboration with @Karnal21

Motivation and Context

To complete the translation to the ES, add translation of attacks, descriptions of pokemon up to the 3rd gen and fix other things

How Has This Been Tested?

@Karnal21 tested in local worldopole
