Ingredients

Method

  1. Fine mince on Shallots, Garlic, Ginger
  2. Break down chilis further in Mortar and Pestl
  3. Breakdown shittake mushrooms
  4. Fry all fresh stuff into the oil
  5. Then pour oil over dried
  6. Shallots and Dried Chilis with oil, strain off oil
  7. Put oil back into pot, add garlic and ginger. Pour off oil.
  8. Oil back on burner, and bring to 375 degree fahrenheit. Let cool for 30 mins.
