This is a plugin for Minecraft that aids in building, as it gives the player creative mode and charges them for each block they place. All exploits are patched as well.
Another suggestion: when people break a block in printer mode that they (just) placed, it should give them their money back, as they don't have the block anymore. Currently, the blocks are still charged, even when someone broke them after a second of placing them back
