Make this project work as a Wordpress theme as well #6

It would be nice if this project could work as a Wordpress theme. Probably not many changes but a functions.php to handle routing and page loading. It can still use the Wordpress API.

WordPress theme dev files can sit in /dev folder, it will not interfere with theme files.
