Analytical PCR results should appear in Transformation Status and Minipreps m Status (appended) #205

Knowing how analytical PCRs went can affect later steps, so we should pull them into Status from the "Analytical PCR overall outcome" columns in each tab. Careful of circularity (probably ok though).

Remove the summary columns otherwise, just show in Status
