What happened?

I don't know if it's a bug or a technical limitation of this modified twitch client, but when I use it, I don't see a subscribe button from the creators I follow. Can you fix it somehow?

Unfortunately I could not reproduce this, can you name a channel where this is happening? bttv-android should display the subscribe buttons correctly and then redirect you to the browser when you click it.

Yes, all channels that everything is clear. When I go to the channel, whether the one in the photo or another with the option to subscribe, I see the subscribe button literally for a moment at the beginning (a second maybe a little more time) and then it disappears and this applies to the purple button and not the bottom part with the following buttons and activating notifications, there, unfortunately, there is no dedicated space for the subscribe button. in addition, this button is also not displayed on the main channel pages

Getting the same issue on BTTV 0.31.0-beta, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro (MIUI Global 12.0.6, Android 10 QP1A.190711.020)

It looks like the purple button is visible for literally a fraction of a second, then it blinks out of view. The bottom one is never visible - the 'Follow' and 'Notifications' buttons are evenly spaced as in screenshots provided by @Krzysztof23

I can confirm there is no subscribe button. Only when you have a subscription on a channel the button shows up.

I'm unable to replicate this in portrait, landscape, and fullscreen—with and without chat displayed.

so maybe it's the cause of modified android and it only occurs on certain types of UI overlays of phone manufacturers. As far as I know, Pixel phones have the purest form of android installed on board.

Been having this issue for quite a while now (couple of months but have too bust to frequent Twitch). Unlike someone mentioned above. The subscription button does NOT appear for a split second for me.

So, it doesn't work at all on Huawei and Samsung devices. It works as expected on Google Pixels. And it partially works on Xiaomi devices.

I agree. This feels like changes to the operating system affect the pre-patched app's functionality. Is there some way users could patch an existing Twitch app or APK as a new BTTV APK a la ReVanced?
