docs(readme): add example container with net_local to first example #153

in the readme of https://github.com/bubuntux/nordvpn the first compose example already has an example of how to actually run other containers with nordlynx.

Issues #149 and #144 would probably be solved just by putting this in the first example

I’m using https://github.com/haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn now, which works much better than this one, even when this one did work. I guess @bubuntux doesn’t care.
