Support webfinger #135

twtxt can optionally support webfinger, similar to Mastodon. This will allow people to have username/domain combos like leo@gkbrk.com which resolve to a twtxt.txt file. This should make it possible to change your twtxt.txt location and make the tweets more concise at the same time.
