missing editors in dash vocabulary

@xristy after our discussion here's a first draft of a list of UI editors that are not in dash:

• integer editor
• gYear editor
• float editor
• ISBN although here it won't really be an editor, more an indication of a special validation type (that goes further than the regexp if we want to normalize and look at the checksum)
• schemaselecteditor (again, here I'm not entirely sure where to draw the line because it's a select... we just need to indicate to the UI that it must come from a certain schema)
• EntitySelectEditor and FacetSelectEditor which could be subclasses of InstancesSelectEditor

I'll add the editors in our own namespace that extends the appropriate dash classes. I like the idea of subclasses of InstancesSelectEditor.

We might want to add the idea of an optional suffix for ISBN to account for the /B9-L sort of stuff that is seen probably on Chinese publications. Like a bf:qualifier or some such.
