Remove redundant title attributes #176

Example found: Avatar link with title attr surrounds an image with an alt attr. Plus both are right beside a text with exactly the same information.

title attr in links have been removed in #185. Commit d76f43f also removed data-bp-tooltips which should be returned for #163 to provide visual cues for keyboard and other users.

Closing this as the above mentioned tooltips appear to be added, however not sure when they were or were reverted from the commit removing them??
