activity/entry and the comment form #37

I think the comment form should live in its own template. Today it's part of this entry.php template and it's so if we only want to override the comment post form we need to override the full entry.php.

Do you agree ?

Yes it's always simpler to work on smaller files dedicated to one purpose, lets extract and locate to...
