Introduce a unit tests bootstrap that could be used by any template pack. Build unit tests for BP Nouveau

Are we sure about this, it seems we're turning frontend development into an software application focussed thing. Are unit tests really applicable for template files ( guessing there are themes out there that have done this though ).

I'm absolutely positive. It helps contributors that are used to do test driven dev + as the first unit tests showed we need to make sure our mechanism to manage deprecated hooks is ok and finally, there's a very important part i still need to work on : Ajax tests! We have a lot of ajax in the template pack and this is absolutely required! :)
