Link national holidays common services with Rasa intents

AS A Product Owner I WANT national holidays common services to be linked with Rasa intents SO THAT if the End Client asks any related question, applicable service would be initiated

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] #64
• [ ] Update message-to-bot.yml so that it would link applicable Rasa intents and services
• [ ] Applicable services are provided to End Clients via Chat Widget based on #61 request examples
