Replace otio exporter #371

The otio-exporter has some issues (#294, user reports). Maybe we should focus on one simple format that most cutting-tools understand (one seems to be FCP-XML) and support that directly

Videogrep has a fcpxml writer, maybe we can reuse that: https://github.com/antiboredom/videogrep/blob/master/videogrep/fcpxml.py
