Add unit tests for the following settings types:
- Media Management
- Metadata
- General
- UI
Add jobs for running the unit tests and creating results/coverage reports to GitHub Actions.
Fix a number of minor issues found by the unit tests.

It's become apparent that it will take a long time to add new unit tests for everything.

For now I have added unit tests for the primarily "settings" type options. Resources will be done at a later point in time.
