rm-cal: Replace updating list of events with static list of calendars #77

Background:

keeping event feed up to date required posts to be created on weekly or monthly basis and then the site to be redeployed
the maintenance/development costs of doing this manually or scripting it was deemed too high (group meeting 2018-10-22)
it was decided that listing out the calendars from which we were populating those lists would be sufficient

Success Criteria:

remove events listing from home page, along with accompanying /contact link and page
replace this events list with a list of calendars described in the pdf mentioned in the README

Additional Changes Included

_site/ build directory ignored (no need to track changes here) and git rm -ed
old _site/telegraph/dw-rebuild.sh script renamed/moved to /deploy.sh
update deploy script since it no longer needs to clean up from builds
