How does one choose a framework to work with? What are some things to consider?

@lepittenger For clarification, are you thinking back-end framework (e.g. Genesis) or front-end framework (e.g. Bootstrap) or something else entirely?

@salcode I'm not sure what @lepittenger has in mind, but I would like to know more about choosing between Foundation, Bootstrap, Bourbon Neat and would you use things like Flexbox or CSS Grid with these frameworks or in place of them.

@eviolini I think the short answer is you can't go wrong with any of them but it would be interesting to hear someone(s) present on the pros and cons of some of the different choices out there. If @lepittenger has something else in mind, you should create a new issue specific to front-end frameworks so someone can do a presentation on that, as well. 👍

Actually, this is one which Angelina suggested which we had noted in our Trello. I just moved it here so everything would be in one place. I can't seem to @ mention her for some reason.
