Clients don't stay in sync after edits #14

Splinter sez:

Entry in # 2 Computer doesn't appear in #1

Two incidents entered and closed in macine #2 don't show up on machine # 1. Incident # 31 closed at 3:51 and # 30 closed at 2:44 and at 4:02 they don't show up on # 1.

Quitting and re-opening shows the correct status

As noted in #32, frequent polling in v3 seems pretty functional, if rude to the server. So this seems to be a non-issue now even without fixing #32.
