Suggestion from TC is that we do not autocomplete if the camp name is undefined.
Suggestion from Librarian was that we not autocomplete in the address field at all, which may make more sense.
Perhaps only autocomplete exactly once if the address field is empty and the name is edited, and also when "?" is typed in…?
Marking as Show Stopper so that Librarian stops trying to break our keyboards.
It dawns on my in reading #28 that: I think we need to add "whatever is being typed in" to the list of autocomplete options.
That may solve this issue as well, with removing autocomplete.

Autocomplete in v3 doesn't appear to have this annoyance.
Please verify with Incidents 3.0a1.
If you have an address in the system like “8:00 & A”, then typing “8:” into the location field autocompletes, making it hard to enter other options.
