fuzzy match on add ranger and add incident type

Now that these are text fields, it'll be nice if we can allow matching on valid values even when the case or trailing whitespace is different. This will be especially valuable on mobile, where text fields often add a trailing space by default.

For example, having just typed " junk ", it'll correctly match to the "Junk" incident type when I hit enter.
