controller/joystick integration needed! #68

submitting as per suggestion of Winawer-

a good friend uses "Poker Shortcuts" and can use a USB playstation style 
controller to control the 
action.  blazingstars would be immensely better if it could do the same!  i am 
willing to pay for this 
development.

Also the option to control size of the BB increase with the mouse scroll wheel 
would be great... Now it doesn't 
react to my mouse movements.

Mouse movements are in the code, but I've never been able to make them work 
properly.
 I'll revisit the issue when I've done what I can with Full Tilt.

i have found a way to use my gamepad controller w/ Blazing Stars!

the program i found is called "Gamepad Companion" and i highly, highly 
recommend it for anyone wanting to use 
a gamepad to play poker!
