MTT/SNG auto bet sizing for different levels #72

Not sure I am supposed to add suggestions here. If not please delete them or
give me a place
where I should write them too.

In Cashgame we always have 1 standard raise size, in SNGs and MTTs we like to
vary our size
by the blinds and antes in the game...

Maybe you can add a special SNG/MTT bet sizing in there..

If blinds > 100 = 3BBs, if blinds > 200 = 2.5BBs, if blinds > 400 = 2BBs.

And then you can assign 1 button and BlazingStars will figure out what the
correct sizing
would be.

Do this with three or four different blind levels and you add another level of
comfort to the
program.

* Side note: I saw this feature in the windows version TN, so I'm not trying to
be the smart guy
creating it. To beat the ppl who want to say/think that ;).

Randy,

As I've mentioned elsewhere, I'm winding down my participation in BlazingStars'
development, but I will leave the issue open in case someone comes along to
develop
in the future.

Hey I'd like to code it.. I'm pretty able to join into the reasoning adopted
when coding.. but this feature would need to be able to recognize limps and
raise amounts trought the path that goes to "hero" action, to determin the
right "raise amount" for hero action and I've been not able to understand the
image recognition method you used for that feature...
Any suggestion for how to learn it?
Thanks.
P.S. I apologize for that wrong english! ;)

The image recognition is done by Tesseract. I'm not clear from your question
what help you need, but I'll help you if I can. I'm not currently actively
developing BlazingStars, please e-mail me if you want to have committing
privileges.
