PokerStarsFR support #77

BlazingStars doesn't work anymore with the new PokerStars client released with 
new french laws on gambling.

The application is named PokerStarsFR instead of PokerStars, and making 
BlazingStars compatible with it shouldn't be that difficult. The client looks 
the same and english language could be set (doesn't know if it matters).

Anyway, thanks for making this apps.

If it's just a matter of the client name like it was for the Italian, maybe I 
can enable it.  Does the French PokerStars just show up as "PokerStarsFR" in 
the Activity Monitor?

I've submitted an update which may enable PokerStarsFR support.  Since I don't 
have the client, I had to make the changes assuming that they work like the 
Italian client does.  If it doesn't, this update won't work.  Let me know.  

And belgourari, if you would like to do work on the code, you are more than 
welcome.  Feel free to check it out and play with it.  If you make 
improvements, contact me and I'll let you sign them in, test them, and then 
I'll release it.

Just tested, it's not working with this error :

"Fatal error: BlazingStars could not find the PokerStars preferences file at 
/Users/<USER>/Library/Preferences/com.pokerstars.fr.user.ini."

The trailing dot seems to be the problem, the file exists but named 
com.pokerstars.fr.user.ini without the trailing dot.

There is no trailing dot in the file name in the code;  that's just an artifact 
of the dialog box.  And I've installed the FR client and tested it, and it 
works just fine over here.  I've had sporadic problems with this in the normal 
client, where BlazingStars cannot seem to find the file even though it's right 
there;  this can be a permissions problem, which fixed it in one case, or there 
are other cases where only re-installing the PokerStars client works.
