% Pot calculation is incorrect #82

First of all, I really appreciate this product and it generally works quite 
well.  Thank you.

===What steps will reproduce the problem?

Suppose you are playing 1/2 NL, you are in the BB and it's folded to the SB.  
SB raises to 6 and now what is currently in the pot is 8.  

However, when the term "bet pot" is used, it includes the size of the pot after 
the call.  So when the BB "bets pot" in the described situation, he will raise 
12+6 or 18.  

Current behavior in the above situation for 100% of pot is to bet 8 (which in 
the above situation would not be a legal raise and will default to betting the 
minimum raise of 6+4 or 10.)

===What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0.5 on OS X 10.6.3

I should additionally mention that the preferences do not allow me to create a 
hotkey for a bet of greater than 100% of pot.

As of build 10.6. the bet pot% doesn't work properly either.  It bets like 1bb
