Full Tilt: Hot-keys for automatic active window?

Hi there,

I know that you're not putting any further development on the project, this is 
more of a question about the full tilt functionality as i haven't been able to 
find the answer with a basic search around this webspace.

I understand that the FT implementation is limited; does this include not being 
able to make an automatically-active window for FT the active window for 
blazingstars?

As in:

i have multiple tables at once.  Table A is the currently active table for 
blazingstars.

It becomes my turn to act on Table B.  FT pulls that window forward, but 
blazingstars does not shift its actions to tha table unless i click on that 
window with my mouse (or cycle to that window using the cycle-windows shortcut 
key).

If this is a known limitation, no worries; i just wanted to confirm whether it 
was or not, or if there's a setting i'm missing or if there's something else i 
can do to change this behavior (as a client, not a coder).

I know the limitation that you're talking about, and right now, it is 
"in-built".  I never had the time to figure a way around it, though I'm sure 
that some enterprising soul could probably do it.
