Bet sizing not working #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  It's your bet
2.  You want to raise by using a hotkey to increase or decrease bet
3.  The bet size won't move

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
pretty self explanatory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mac osx 10.6.4
Blazing stars 1.0.6  (latest)
Using Pokerstars

Please provide any additional information below.

Other issues include... none of the check/fold, fold to any buttons are working.

There's an update coming out real soon which fixes the stars themes, just 
sorting out some final issues
