Add capability (maybe as an option?) to work on ACTIONs?

I'd like the plugin to give titles for URLs that appear inside ACTIONs (which it currently doesn't seem to do), such as, for example:

• inhahe np: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUXDgvA99fo

I looked through the config options and didn't see one for this.
