Not that I'm aware of. pycraf
has all propagation mechanisms implemented, which are subject to ITU-R Rec. P.452-16 and ITU-R Rec. P.676-10.
Do you have more information about it?
Thanks, I will take a close look at tthe ITU-R Rec. P.452-16 and ITU-R Rec. P.676-10 documentation and compare with https://hitran.org/ data.
HITRAN seems to be aimed at calculating radiative transfer in the atmosphere, so one should compare with P.676. I'm not sure, if HITRAN also covers radio wavelengths (below 1 THz), but if it does, it seems certainly more sophisticated than the ITU model. P.452 includes effects such as diffraction at terrain features, tropospheric scatter and more. So it's definitely something different.
Are collision induced absorption effects included in pycraf?
