Add Example Program for Polls #1553

Creating polls is quite not straightforward, an example program would be very useful.

For which sort of use case do you think the example is needed? Do you mean for command for the bot which creates a poll?

exactly, but I have in mind those "new polls", not that kind of polls using reactions: pasted
