Not producing correct output files #8

I am trying to use parallelnewhybrids in the Hybriddetective framework and I don't seem to be getting the correct output files because they don't have any posterior probabilities in them. The XXX_S1R1_NH output files are just direct copies of the input files and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I am attaching some of my input panels from the simulations I ran and the Individuals file. I have the same problem, have you solved it yet?

Hi, no I was never able to figure this out and ended up using a different hybrid analysis. Sorry I cannot be more helpful!
