Randy has been a key member of the Golang Subgroup of the Guest Language SIG. This includes design and engineering work on Go native language tooling (https://github.com/ydnar/wasm-tools-go).

We discussed this in the last TSC meeting, and all agree that your contributions are worthy of recognition in the BA. Thank you for all the hard work!
