I have a list of ranked transcripts by the coefficients of the regression. I wanted to know if I could use the beta coefficient to rank the transcripts and if I can put only those transcripts that are significant, or I have to put all of them even if they are not significant. I have concerns about adding no signficant transcripts as the coefficient could be not realistic.
