Scroll bar colorization/customization. #146

First things first: Excellent extension and i don't say that lightly as a heavy 
duty user.

And though i realize this extension might still be in its infancy in terms of 
your own plans, i thought i might as well share a wish, or a feature request, 
I've been hoping for: The ability to either change the color or the overall 
look of the scroll bar. Because it in no way fir the look and feel I've build 
around my Firefox and while it's not a mayor eyesore, it would definitely help 
a lot.

From my experience (with theming a few years ago, not sure it it has changed), 
scroll bars require a browser restart to take effect. If this is still the case 
we could have isues implementing something like this.
