Lao support #17

Across the Mekong there's very similar language that doesn't get enough love and appreciation. As you probably know Lao shares many of the same symbols. There aren't many font options in Laos and in my travels to Laos, I saw a lot of people, especially the younger generation, using Thai letters and keyboards because Lao support is just that lacking. This caused some weird issues because of missing characters; the wildest example I got was a message using ◌ๅ for ◌ຽ◌ (เ◌ีย in Thai). There's also no good substitute for the implied-but-missing-in-Thai short "o" vowel of ◌ົ◌. Interestingly the Lao unicode block matches Thai and not Lao alphabetical order to maintain as much compatibility as possible.

I know it's not a trivial task to "just add" another language even if many of the glyphs could be reused in the context of a sans serif font, but I'd like to open the discussion and the ability to :+1:. Of all your fonts, I find this one the most legible for body copy and would be the best candidate if any were to get such support.
