Explore options for Caltrans GitHub repo for Compiler collaboration #361

Goal is to determine the best way to set up a GitHub repo for collaboration between Caltrans and Compiler during the period when they are still reliant on ODI infrastructure. Jason will start by discussing this with IT Ops.

This also includes exploring Snowflake access.

Zhenyu said they would like to have a repo available in 2-4 weeks (from 8/15).

Next step is to have a call with Compiler. @kengodleskidot will help with scheduling with them.

@jkarpen will write up agenda in advance.

Per @ian-r-rose , Compiler can already make pull requests from the existing Caltrans repo we are using for this project. However someone from the Caltrans team will need to do the merge. So a separate repo is not needed.

It is unclear if they need access to the project board, which would require additional step of adding them to the ODI GitHub org.

@ZhenyuZhu-Caltrans will confirm with Compiler whether this access is sufficient and then we can close the issue.

Per @ZhenyuZhu-Caltrans Compiler is planning to set up their own repo so this issue can be closed.
