The menu does not work with Heads Up Display (abbreviated by HUD).

HUD is only avaible under Unbuntu 12.04 and more. In fact, it is Unity.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press "Alt"
2. Enter a "command"

What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
0.9.9.0 (Mar 16 2012), under Linux Ubuntu 12.04

I update a new PPA package. Menu was broken, so hopefully it would fix your 
issue. Could you upgrade it and report it back.

I have the May 13 2012 version, and it still does not work.
