MGS3S Widescreen patch and GSDX CRC hacks aren't applied to second DVD which 
results in numerous glitches that already have been "fixed" in first DVD.
I guess you need this.

Now that I think of it. What would happen with the MG Games when Widescreen 
hack is turned on? I'm not sure how to force it :S
