Need a retest with the latest SVN (or beta) please. Couldn't download the file
for
some reason :/
Make sure you try different roundmodes too, since they might help with problems
like
this.

Tested on r2283, with default settings, no crashes here:

Unless is something of a specific chest it looks fixed, or at least not
crashing in
my case, note that this game had other issues reported like failing to load
randomly
(ex: game remains on black screen), which I experimented only once or sound
dying
inbattle, didn't see this last but both are random seeming like sync issues.

I meant not freezing, game is still playable, controls respond, battles/towns
load
perfectly (still needing an edit buttom).

it is supposed to be a specific chest i thought. but its supposed to be
bypassable by
talking to a NPC first or something...don't remember exactly. thought somebody
posted
about it on the forum. might look there for details.
in order to get the bug make sure not to talk to any NPC nearby first or
minimize
talking, then try it.
i don't have this game so i'm trying to remember where i heard the details but
i'm
failing miserably. either way its like wild arms 5 poster bug...just work
around it

I found it difficult to try to talk to a NPC in the World Map.
Reproduced with r1352 on the Southern Alvan Mountains game freezes as you open
any
chest after the content is shown on screen, on r2283 chests open fine, the game
also
runs a lot more stable besides the few random non-loading problems mentioned.

Good, seems it's fixed. I'd like an extra confirmation just in case it's one
specific
chest or if it's related to other actions like nukusan said. Thanks to both of
you
