Random Freeze with SLES-54555 Digital Devil Saga 2

1)The game random freeze without any particular reason

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. the game freeze. Music still played normally but the image/game freeze

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?
The game just freeze. I can't see any error message watching the console.
Random freeze occour using original DVD and also making a .iso file of the game

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
Tried with 0.9.7 3878 and the last svn4177.
Windos XP SP3 X86 
using 

gsdx sse4 r3878
spu2-x r3618
linuz iso cdviso 3878 and cdvdgigaherz r3429

5) Please provide any additional information below.
For what i see, looks like if the game freeze only in some kind of interactive 
area (where i can find dialogue with npc, console to use, savepoints or before 
a movie playback)

6) Attachments.  *IMPORTANT!*  We have a limited storage quota on
GoogleCode, so please keep attachments to UNDER 200k!  Do not upload
blockdumps!  Do not upload MP3 dumps.  Use 3rd party image hosts for
screenshots when possible.

I can add: it freeze randomly but very frequently when there are Stairs and 
Ladders.

There's also a little minor graphic glitch about the casted shadow of the main 
character: (most of times the shadow stay over the feets of the character and 
not under. Like if he cast the shadow on himself!).

enable the EE Timing hack. this is a known issue.

I forgot, i already used the EE timing hack but it doesn't change anything: the 
game still freezing at random

Retify: with EE timing the freezes are less, but still remain.
This log is about a freeze with EE timing hack only activated.
