You can use the DHCP relay options instead of going layer3. See --help "dhcpgateway" - DHCP gateway address for relay "dhcpgatewayport" - DHCP gateway port for relay "dhcprelayagent" - DHCP relay agent IP address (default uamlisten) However, it's preferred to have chilli handle the DHCP pool.

如果chilli启动，由chilli分配ip地址；如果停止chilli，用script启动dnsmasq的dhcp功能
