Hopefully this should tell us more about why the MyGet upload seems to be doing nothing.

Note that the majority of these changes we will want to undo again after the MyGet issue is sorted (especially the Diagnostic verbosity).

Eeeek. In my rush, there's a compilation error in there 😓 I'll push a fix ASAP..
