Vive #20

Hi, this relates to issue#13. For the Vive (atleast for me) it still shows a slightly offset outline for each eye separately. I tried a few things, but i don't know how to fix this, so just letting this be known here.

Sorry, my bad, looks like i had an earlier version, where OnPreRender was OnPreCull. With OnPreRender it looks correct.
