3 days ago - Add reCAPTCHA text to Eligibility page and Agency Card form page. Spanish translation is ready.
- Text links should have an appropriately-sized external link icon. Ensure no regressions on the other link icons.
- And hide reCAPTCHA icon via CSS (https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq#id-like-to-hide-the-recaptcha-badge.-what-is-allowed).
