More Superdrive options

Would it be possible to add more options to the direction the Superdrive goes?

I am using the direction the vehicle points at (not camera). I use superdrive together with a low vhac to make cars that have a limit in their engine accelerate past that limit without going lightspeed. This works really well for me but the Superdrive only goes forwards. When I drive in reverse the car moves really slow and doesnt go uphill.

I would like to have Superdrive also in reverse.

I like that idea, it could be resolved with another camera mode that works like the normal but only forward and reverse.
