Make mobile page #184

Can be tested by checking it out on your own computer (git pull; git checkout brandon__mobile) and then running index.html (which will automatically redirect to mobile.html) on Chrome. To test with mobile on Chrome, open the developer console and click the "Toggle device toolbar" button (the second icon from the left) and refresh the page.

UPDATE: you can also go to http://calband.github.io/calchart-viewer-demo

Merging to make other changes
